  • Led a nonprofit organization to a competitive compensation strategy by designing and conducting a custom total-rewards survey unique in that client’s sector.
  • Managed global deployment of new compensation planning software including to-be and as-is process analysis, requirements gathering, software vendor RFP responses, system deployment, testing, change management, and training.
  • Created and designed an innovative “employee initiated” performance management program which took the burden off management by giving employees a more active role in managing their career paths and objectives.
