  • Managed global deployment of new compensation planning software including to-be and as-is process analysis, requirements gathering, software vendor RFP responses, system deployment, testing, change management, and training.
  • Created and designed an innovative “employee initiated” performance management program which took the burden off management by giving employees a more active role in managing their career paths and objectives.
  • Served as lead project manager for creation, design, and implementation of an innovative base pay compensation system that replaced an existing graded structure. Developed an interactive website that helped management market-price and benchmark various positions.
  • Designed a company-wide compensation system to include base pay, executive compensation, and pre-IPO stock option grants. The system allowed for a dual-ladder progression in an extremely technical company.
  • Project-managed rewrite of over 900 job descriptions by interviewing management, assuring legal compliance, creating career paths, and determining core competencies.
