Who We Are

Brandi Buie, President
Brandi Buie is the founder and owner of Altitude HR. She develops creative solutions for talent management, with a special interest in aligning human resources with an organization’s strategic focus.

Brandi has over 15 years’ experience, including the design and re-engineering of human resource and compensation programs for a wide range of organizations from startups to large global corporations. Brandi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Colorado, an MBA from Regis University, and the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute/SHRM. Brandi has served as president of the Rocky Mountain Compensation Association’s board of directors.
